I'm not disputing that you can find screencaps with the skull in it! Obviously you can! The point is that when you're actually watching the movie (rather than arguing with someone on BlueSky) you're not looking for that, nor are you taking a mental snapshot of the specific design.

I suppose it's possible that Iran is avoiding targeting oil tankers for now due to escalation and/or environmental risks. If so, that could legitimately influence risk assessment for as long as that holds.
