Personally why I was quite happy and relieved when you mentioned that the show already had an ending planned. With some exceptions, I think writers being influenced by fans is one of the most detrimental things that can happen to an artist’s work.

Sent an image I thought was cool to a friend, then looked closer at it and realized it was AI and felt absolutely icky.

I hate that this is what happens to my feelings with art now. It stops me from just experiencing joy of looking at art and now I have to be suspicious every time I feel something.

Seeing your work has actually got me interested at looking into bookbinding myself 👀 I’ve picked up a few books at my library, although they’re not exactly a beginner friendly resource. If I may ask, where do you start/what tutorials have you used before?
