I haven't seen many people bring up that generative ai is another attempt at controlling expression in the way that fascists love labeling art (and people) as degenerate if they don't understand it or see its value.
There's a reason AI is so over rendered and steals established styles
it drives you insane how much erosion of freedom is justified by concern for kids when the people who actually hurt them will never face consequences
