Children, schools face renewed fears over heightened immigration enforcement In classrooms across the country, children of immigrants are paralyzed by fear over news that immigration enforcement officers are now allowed to enter schools.

Schools should be safe havens, not places of fear. Heightened immigration enforcement is putting vulnerable students at risk. Every child deserves to learn without the shadow of separation hanging over them.

Sports are an integral part of the school experience and all students should be able to participate in them regardless of their gender or gender identity. Trump's latest executive order will only harm and further isolate trans students.
