Average daily cost in 2024: $1.92 (med $1.85)
Average daily cost in 2025: -$1.73 (med -$0.99)

I haven't calculated emissions payback (the important bit); might be a worthwhile exercise.

Savings are estimated from consumption figures multiplied by a flat rate of 39c/kWh, which seems a reasonable figure for my part of the world (at least it was in 2022).

Over $500 in petrol was saved in 2025 between Sep-Dec charging the second car from excess solar.
