imo it’s a reflection of their own insecurities. if they were the ones in the streamer position, they would worry about not reaching top tier levels on their third day of streaming. plus the comfort they feel when saying stuff like that while creating an online persona makes them have more audacity

art is a skill where you HAVE to put hours onto it if you want to go down the professional route, or if you’re trying to nail down a technique. i get the joy of wanting to learn it all when you’re starting, but if you jump too quickly with the pro stuff, you will most likely get burnout very fast

DON’T make the mistake of buying an anatomy book right when you are still a beginner! tackle down perspective and proportions first. build up that knowledge on how to draw in 3D. go slowly, and you’ll see that all the basics will come together with time and practice
