Our take! “Noem’s entire tenure at DHS has been a disgrace.”
Yesterday, Kristi Noem told the Senate that DHS's $220 MILLION taxpayer funded TV ad was competitively bid.
Today, she told the House it was a no-bid contract.
She completely contradicted herself.
How is the public supposed to trust a “leader" who lies under oath?
Noem's ICE has violated over 200 court orders in the last two months.
This lack of compliance is unprecedented and dangerous.
The courts are forcing DHS to comply because Noem thinks she only has to follow the rulings "when they apply."
Noem is not above the law.

Today Noem testifies in the Judiciary Committee. She has a lot to answer for. One example? Her DHS authorized warrantless home invasions and detained over 170 American citizens—including children who were deported despite their citizenship. @judiciarydems.senate.gov

The White House still has not published any of its deals with drug makers, making its claims to have lowered prices very difficult to believe.
