The Taoiseach has named Freddie Scappaticci as the British army agent known as Stakeknife in the DΓ‘il. He said Stakeknife's identity was clear to everybody and called on the UK government to officially name Stakeknife as Scappaticci. He said Stakeknife was implicated in 14 murders and 15 abductions.
The DΓ‘il will tonight vote on what are the most significant changes to the rental sector in years. Sinn FΓ©in says the Residential Tenancies Bill will throw renters to the wolves, but Government argues it'll provide more certainty and security for tenants in the long-run.
