And they're still organizing! Liberals think if someone isn't handwringing about it on MSNBC, it's not happening.

Lol I support plagiarizing pokemon too πŸ˜‚. Weird to do that and then lick Nintendo's boots.

ig you just hadn't had your coffee yet?

If you were around when this happened, you would know that it was an active prosecution, that Nintendo pushed for as heavy a sentence as possible (on top of their civil suit) and publicly thanked the FBI and DOJ for taking their side & locking him up.

Nintendo wanted hacker's prison sentence to turn heads A newly released transcript of the Feb. 10 sentencing of Gary Bowser provides rare insight.

You just found out about this case 5 minutes ago. Please do some research before commenting.

It was an active prosecution. Nintendo pushed for a stricter sentence and worked closely with the DOJ to see this man locked up.

I don't think people should be tortured for sharing files. You do. That's a different conversation.

You're moving the goal posts. You asked me when has Nintendo ever used state violence to protect their copyright and I gave you a clear example of someone incarcerated because of legal pressure from Nintendo. Now you're pivoting to saying that incarcerating him is justified bc he violated copyright.

Putting someone in a cage is a far greater crime than selling copy protected files

So has anybody seen ANY active duty military members defying orders since this war is OBVIOUSLY unconstitutional?

no?

Well, let's put the whole "remember your oaths to the Constitution" shtick to rest. The military isn't saving us.

The US military and prison industrial complexes are extremely corrupt. The state run prisons are also highly privatized.
