I'm hugely biased towards CO2-Monitors with Bluetooth capability but for anyone who just wants to have a cheap, accurate and small mobile device there are a many options in the 30-50€ range.. Just make sure it has a real CO2 sensor and not a "eCO2"-Sensor - those are wildly inaccurate.
CO2 monitors are great for estimating both air quality and the risk airborne disease transmission in a given space. A study just came out comparing the top of the line Aranet with a low cost alternative (Vitalight). Turns out they work just as well in typical environments.
