I just became aware of the “five calls” app — and wow. It makes it so easy to make phone calls to our elected officials about vital issues that are affecting our lives and our future. And it feels so much better than doing nothing.

I’m waaaay older than (sigh) everyone, and it’s a habit we had hammered into us back in the day. Developing my own consciousness and respecting my own boundaries are ongoing work.
The actual eff? I’m honestly losing my faith in humanity. Gaiman was maybe not a huge surprise, but he sure was a disappointment. Between him and Dave Grohl I’m having to adjust my “good guy” lists.
We all think of tea as something y’all do with like scones and biscuits and what have you around 4:00 — we probably saw it on TV or something. (We do know that the tea isn’t brought in on a tray by the butler — right?)
