My mom likes to have a lot of books on hand to read to my daughter over facetime. (Wholesome.) My mom also doesn't read Amazon reviews and bought a faithful-to-the-original copy of The Little Mermaid. I wish I could have seen my face when I heard Ariel receive a dagger in this 9 page book.
Omg kiss already
(I was hung over and it was *pouring*)
RIP Ernie Anastos. Spoke at my graduation in an absolute monsoon. He grinded through that bad boy for 15+ minutes, while Chuck Schumer pandered with a 30 second "I'll keep it short" knee slapper. I don't remember anything about his speech other than he was gangster for doing the whole thing.
Sure as shit shouldn't be McLean after he got big dogged by a bunch of my north Jersey neighbors.
DW hucking a real big stone from the glassiest glass house that ever glassed.
Itβs very clarifying that Steven Ruiz and the New York Jets would run football teams the same exact way
Just saw the note that Brodie Van Wagenen was one of the agents on the deal, and that is just too perfect.
"Our health and performance department, our coaches all contributed and helped [Zack Wheeler] parlay two good half-seasons over the last five years into $118 million." -Then Mets GM BVW
And not that anyone cares (or should care) what I think, but getting him in under 30M AAV is a nice piece of business with the amount they have coming off the books next year.
I did not like the Luzardo trade at the time. I didn't think the Phillies gave up too much, I just thought he stunk. Happy to have been extremely wrong about that one. Awesome for 90% of last year and an absolute d-o-g in the NLDS. We need more Jesus Luzardos.
Classy move by Harbaugh
Saw him linked to the Giants and boy did that make sense. He is extremely Giants coded for the reasons you state.

Tough loss for the Red Foxes. Still unimaginable to me they go to the conference semifinals this often now. My freshman year they won one game.
I love the Inquirer but it's so hard to forgive putting Harcus Mayes in my face in big ol' 2026
Dante Nori going double dongs, even against Brazil, is cause for some #sensible #eyebrow #raising
I donβt think any team in baseball has done a better job having elite level pitching without prioritizing min/max fastballs than the Phillies. No team in baseball has also kept their pitchers healthier. They seem to know this pitching thing.
Absolutely. Easy to read too much into the velo/IVB/whiff% stuff in a small sample because he's already so scrutinized. Even if those numbers were cemented, it doesn't shrink the range of outcomes for him (especially in 2026) by that much. He's a pitching prospect, it's always a guess.
Also the playgrounds at my local park looks exactly like this. They just miss being a kid and going outside. Just go outside! You'll feel better!
Two year olds can watch Ducktales right at GrokIsThisTrue
Cool thanks man.
I need RFK Jr sent to The Hague. 7th On The Call Sheet In Bad Moms Christmas can go with him.
"The Ravens do this every year?"
"Does it work for them?"
"Oh god no"
Both Miamis shining a blacklight on the true crustiness of modern sports discourse has been a surprise feature of 2026
