The Incident only destroyed the Capital of Bozja, which was the Citadel and the surrounding city. Kralja and Martvje were spared that disaster. As for the Culture itself, true that Garleans would not adopt it, they would assimilate and replace certain aspects to fit occupation better.

I like to think Queens do exist, but with the incident there will never be another Queen Gunhildir/High Queen. With most of the Citadel’s population gone, there could be other cities that continue martiarchal status. Garlemald usually assimilates the best of other nations like it tried in ala mhigo.
