It is so hard to get folks to prioritize themselves. If you just hint at needing help, they will drop everything. But tell someone to rest, and they'll go 110% instead. Why?!

Why not take walks, meditate, medicate? Maybe dance or listen to music? As if it's our fault we're panicking and stressed.
But it's the system, not us.
When those in power break the law, the social contract is severed, and they must be removed.
It seems odd, still, that we have such a reluctant opposition party. The thing that Dem leaders and the party structure need to realize is that their power is on thin ice too, if they don't stand up to the regime.
Power comes from the people, always.
