Haha 😂 1:45 I've been woken at 03:00 I gave in to them and fed them and let them out & they are back in & now they are back in & noonoo-ing 💤💤💤 whereas me- 😳😳😳! I am yet to do a full day in the NHS & eat healthy & hit the gym in the evening 🤦🏽♀️🫶🏽

I'm at my breaking point 😕😞❤️🩹 Spencer 🐈 is deteriorating in front of my eyes and there is little I can do. Today he refused his SQ Fluid 💔
He is palliative and dehydrated despite him drinking water and eating food. CKD S4 is horrible to witness.
