Not only did this feel normal, it was an era in US politics when it actually seemed America might become greater.

I never understood "great again". Must have missed it the first time. I did see America as a country always striving towards a more perfect union.

I've known three people who've had heart valve replacement. None of them resumed normal activity in a couple of weeks. Pulmonary rehab took months and was exhausting to cross a room for quite some time
