It is very strange that in a community that focuses on safety tools and so forth, actual concerns for safety are brushed aside.

I get stalkers. I get death threats. I am well aware that a stalker or bad actor who has access to unlimited prior history can use innocuous details, assembled together, to get actionable information that they might use to harm you.

I communicated that to them, that made them madder.

Well, just had a "lovely" interaction on the /r/DND subreddit.

Specifically, I was permanently banned and told "You will not be unbanned. Do not contact us again."

Why? Well, I clear my comment history on various apps as a safety measure.

Well, I am now.
