Another night of mild foot pain. Already wear inserts, buy special shoes, and compression socks. I've just always had foot pain. Likely from being barefoot most of my life.

I don't talk about it too much. But as I approach the age of dad-runner and exhibit myself working out to a degree; pick up some weights. If you ever have hand, wrist, other pain from applying pressure or gaming, your muscles are likely weak. I can even show you stuff that isn't intense.

It must suck really hard to work a job that's constant stress, everyone hates you, and you have to put in a lot of effort to be the worst person. Some people hate their own life and want everyone else's life to suffer or worse. What an absence of soul, empathy, and sympathy.

My sleep is all wrecked. Hopefully if I get another run into gdq they can put me at 4am where I belong. True degeneracy hours.
