I appreciate our Prime Ministers approach. Be willing to talk for win-win solutions, but not react to things we can’t control.
There are many markets outside of the USA that we can do better at engaging with. Many like minded.
I had the privilege to hear @caulfieldtim.bsky.social speak last night about medical misinformation and the harm it is causing people. The current state of misinformation is troubling and I applaud efforts to counter it.
