I'm going to add another fact... America has 50 states, each with their own laws and enforcement. Some states are more lax with their laws than other states. So what you might see common in one state may not be common in another. So one state maybe lax in background check than others.

I'm American and you need a Medical License to legally be a surgeon... key word... legally. Meaning there are some who sneak in without being checked.

I'm so glad that I am the type that don't listen to content creators or follow Meta in games because all the complaints I see about Global Passive in HSR, I wouldn't have enjoyed the game as it is. Yeah Cyberpunk started off as a mess but atleast they fixed it unlike that Madden game on the PSP. There are less mess out now than are, dlc are a pain but most dlc are extention after release.

Madden game on psp was literally unplayable as there is a game breaking glitch that prevent you from actually playing. Many old Nintendo games and Seaga games can glitch forcing you to start over.

Yes there were, people nowadays have recency bias, but there were a lot of unplayable mess that didn't get talked about any more or have mass exploitation that people prefer. Smash melee.

Also every single exploitation of past games are bugs that was never fix. Iron Tager in blaz Blu early days before the new installment nerfs.

Then to add how wrong you are about bug fixes... Sonic 06, that Madden game that came out for PSP that never was fixed and unplayable. Pokemon red n Blue (Yellow is considered DLC without DLC), Donkey Kong 64 if you use a cheat code that completely crashes the cartridge.

See here where you're kinda wrong... DLC isn't the fact it's unfinished. They give extra content without having to make a whole new game and time. Game is finished, but they can add on more things without having to remake the entire game... look at Street Fighter 2 and how many releases they gotten.

There were many launched games in the past that weren't complete and a buggy mess. Pokemon Red and Bluenwas buggy as fuck and Yellow Version was the clean up.
