Jason’s (Mr MAL40) speech on growth, nurture, and acceptance also just reminds me I’m still growing even past my title year.
It was an honor competing with eloquent juggernauts. It was also an honor seeing what community actually feels like. It’s also partly my responsibility to bring that home.
I miss my IML siblings.
I’ve my own feelings about my own communities, and listening to their step aside speeches spark something in me when I need it most.
