He is carrying a basket of daffodils in his left hand, and holding a lantern up in his right. His horns / antlers are now curved and simplified with an orb of light in the centre.
The same “New WIP” from the last image is here again, but with arrows pointing to different things and explaining them. 1. Hades’ bident and the Sign of Pluto (A pointed cross with a U-shape on top and a circle in the centre) inspired the new horns 2. The new mask is a simplified version of Hades’ cap of invisibility, shaped like an ancient Greek warriors mask with openings for the eyes and beneath the nose. 3. The basket of daffodils (AKA Narcissus) are one of Hades’s symbols, said to grow along the banks of the styx 4. The lantern has no real meaning, but its boxy shape was inspired by a lantern depicted in a statue of Diogenes of Synope 5. The toga is inspired by Ancient Greco-Roman attire. There is a photo of four people in variously shaped togas 6. The box-shaped, Greek “key” pattern or “Meandros” lines one of the togas edges. This detail was later omitted due to making the image appear too busy.
The finished version of the New WIP drawing described in the last two images’ alternative texts. The long sleeved tunic is white, with a simple, golden rectangular geometric pattern lining the bottom of the sleeves (Which are red beneath this pattern). This red matches the red hood with black tassels and the red toga worn over his tunic. His horns are white and almost U-shaped, with a glowing golden orb in the centre. His mask is white, and only covers the top half of the face, with the lower half covered by shadows and fabric. The daffodils in the brown wicker basket and the silver metal lantern both have the same kind of glow, illuminating their surroundings and the fabric beside them. Tiny little orbs of light surround the daffodils. His boots are brown, and there is a shadow cast on the ground beneath. The entire drawing is done digitally in a pastel + watercolour style, with predominantly warm “sunset” tones of red, orange, and yellow, along with some blues and purples for the shadows.
