Hay muchas fallas logísticas en tomar el silencio como consentimiento implícito, más aún si uno enfrenta situaciones que dificultan que su voz sea escuchada, ese es el problema del Opt Out y también es el problema de decir que los artistas aceptaron la propuesta cuando claramente la rechazaron.
