The first drawing shows her in her original state. The second one has glasses obscuring her eyes. The third one has the glasses removed, revealing a gaping maw that covers her entire face. The fourth one is covered in blood, with an eyeball inside the maw.
Around the picture there are scribblings and cutouts of little pill creatures, scalpels, a realistic heart with wings and a breaking jar with a human heart inside. Elements of blood, splatters and lace complete the picture.

My friend Nezu picked this for today's prompt, and I had a lot of fun with it. I really like the shop ruins in general, and I'm very happy with this design!
