I remember seeing this late at night on television when I was a teenager and being fascinated. I have been unable to find it anywhere since. It has never had a physical media release, but apparently it is available on Prime UK.
OK, technically more of a TV movie or maybe a pilot. When it finally went to series in the US a few years later, they did a wild but sonewhat sanitised remake as episode 1.
I did my annual CPR refresher training last year, and we had to practice on a male, female and infant dummy. There was no discussion or complaint. I do not understand the concerns raised by those opposed.
Let's see who made the most money from this, be it on the stock exchange, or polymarket.

My father bought this home when I was around 8 years old. I have loved Tom Waits' music ever since (going on 50+ years and counting). At this point I am resigned to never seeing him play live, so his recordings will have to do. Rain Dogs and Bone Machine are particular favourites.
