Work OUTSIDE of government and campaigning to build alternative civil power to resist and survive the inevitable tyranny and chaos. Not like they could do much in Congress as they are. Plenty of free time.

Because ICE itself has tens of billions of dollars in funding already, regardless of the DHS holdup and any shutdowns. That money needs to be ROLLED BACK to actually stop that particular madness.
