Watched Le Trou (1960) last night. Good film. I think it would be a lot more famous if A Man Escaped hadn't come out a few years before. Very similar styles and themes. Surprising lack of conversation about this one online. It isn't unknown, just not discussed much for a film so good. #filmsky
