Meal replacements to last a month delivered to my door. Follow up from district nurses, dieticians, GPs. Complications now, gastroscopy and CT booked for January. Can you just imagine the cost?! I'd be selling my house, car and my first born over there!

Yes! We don't know how good we've got it. In August I almost died. Ambulance to hospital, numerous CT scans/x-rays/ blood tests culminating in 6 hour emergency surgery. Two weeks in hospital, a week in ICU.
On discharge given all the drugs I needed, no prescription charges because I'm in Scotland.
