I had a quarto copy when I was young, it slipped through my fingers somehow but years later I reacquired it in octavo format; still have it today.
Now available as a PDF for roughly $5 or POD for $13, or both for $15! This was available once before and was taken off the site for some unknown reason, so I'm thinking I better get it now in case they de-list it again.
