Was meant to be in Madrid. So instead I’m being thirsty in Scotland and feeling snacky.
The first part of the last few weeks have been tough. But as the days go by, I’m feeling more like myself again. I’ve been going to the gym and doing my couch to 5K, I’ve been in Brighton for the last 2 weekends and off to Scotland in a few days. I’m excited for what the future has in store for me ☺️
My first Brighton Bear weekend has been wonderful. Exactly what was needed. Love from friends, dancing, laughs and good times 🥰

I get that too and it’s a type of dermatitis. I use Nizoral shampoo every other day. I swear by it!
