Beat Elden Ring, no idea where you find these guys from the intro
it really is shocking how much self deprecation is seen as a cultural requirement for 'serious art.' 'real' artists are not allowed to exalt their work and must present it publicly as a sort of 'i dont think this is very good but maybe you will get around to it.' HECK THAT. love yourself

RE9 mod that replaces Sherry's "How are the roads?" line with "Yo Leon, hit that big ass ramp!"
A dear friend of mine pitched this show to me as "the only 2 cis dudes on the planet who can talk about anime and have good opinions" and I was sold after the "catgirls on ice" analogy in the first episode. I'm still getting caught up but my hooting and hollering has definitely increased like 300%
happy pokΓ©mon day

every time I open google photos on my phone it defaults to the explore tab and starts playing this clip I downloaded a month and a half ago of Zohran and Ms. Rachel crying during the baby verse of "wheels on the bus"
not trying to get real deep here but I think about random happy experiences I have not even in the game that may course correct me emotionally for the rest of the day. So the chance to not exclude a lower skilled player who likes your song is ultimately worth it.
but then sometimes I'm looking through my replays and I see someone boppin along on normal difficulty fencing the hell out of every bloq and it's obvious they're having a great time, and it becomes a lot easier to visualize all the lower skill level players who don't even have bl/upload replays
It takes a lot of effort to make a map, much less a good map. You put a lot of yourself into each one and it takes up a lot of your life. You need a lot of feedback/iteration during the process. And making a full spread is even more effort, for possibly a small audience.
I haven't ever worked in any creative field, just an endless stream of tickets and never getting to experience the feeling of finishing a big project. So, over my time in the hobby of mapping/lighting I frequently struggle with knowing when something is "done".
You'd think after almost 2 years of this, I wouldn't still be having thoughts like "oh, huh I guess the map I spent dozens of hours on actually turned out pretty good?"
At this point I'm not sure if it's just lingering imposter syndrome, or perfectionism knowing I still can do better.

Other (slightly late) Beat Saber custom map I made for the Girl Power Anthem pack:
Oh jeez making this ridiculous lightshow was something else. I can't believe this is finally done. Whew. Thank you for the GOATed environment!

Made some Beat Saber custom maps for the Girl Power Anthem pack! Both of which are like 30 year old songs π. Here's the one I finished first because it was pretty quick. Still made a full spread!

Why did I pick a song that has 5 vocalists and then use the environment with 0 chevrons instead of the other recent env specifically designed to let you use a lot of them?
Then I just dug my heels in and tried to power through it. What is wrong with me?

Griz is still using the Coldplay environment to make other enviroments. This one looks like Monstercat 2, with the eponymous Monster Cat made out of the Coldplay spheres
Beginning to think the Coldplay environment is goated
yeah it's usually there that gets me, but no fail no HUD no worries π
When I got to those lean crouches my first time playing this map I was absolutely cackling during that part. Thank you based Altrewin for giving us seven <2s interval duck walls in a row in an official map
