Last week, we had our first reading group meeting about Borkman's famous 1976 article on experiential knowledge.
It led us to the question: is there such a thing as '(in)correct' experiential knowledge? What would it mean for experiential knowledge, or even experience, to be 'incorrect'?

Roy Dings and Derek Strijbos propose a conceptual framework to address questions about the epistemic contribution of people with lived experience in (mental) healthcare.
Expertise-by-experience, they argue, is about attuned responsiveness.
