Ayer dejé de seguir a tres personas de instagram que conocía desde hace más de 10-15 años porque me puso de muy mala hostia que siendo cada una de las tres artistas de ramas diferentes subiesen la puta mierda de avatar de chatgpt a instastories.
A estas alturas no me vale que finjas ignorancia.
The best part is that... The poster is not AI.
I ended up in an easter hunt to find out and I managed to find the poster artist showing the process and it seems it's hand made.
If you watch closely, the hairs are painted and not melted together like happens with ai generated images.
I saw it in some pipelines. They had ai elements but then the final product would say it doesn't.
And that's because I'm extra paranoid. It's so normalized in medium to big productions and I hate it.
I'm seeing this situation in studios I worked with.
The final product is not ai, but some of the sketches are.
The final render is human made but some of the assets for the photobashed were ai slop pushed by the client's production and had to be fixed.
I can't shake the feeling that it has something to do with the script or storyboard part of the process.
Like, someone has managed to slip in something ai generated and the rest of the production run with it.
Maybe I'm reading too much into it.
I WOULD LOVE TO BE WRONG but
Is this now the new feeling anytime I'll see a dream-like movie?
I hate to be scrutinizing every beat of any image, movie or piece of media now to see if ai has something to do with it.
Ok, guys. I'm losing sanity over here.

The colors, the rhythm, the story beats, the angles.
It's like everything is eye candy but with not much coherence.

These fucking idiots don't understand that these models need an insane amount of data pulled from all over to even begin to look decent.
You can't just supply your own assets and go off of that.
That's not how it works.
Any studio that says they're only using their own assets for an A.I. model is lying to you, likely intentionally.
Generative A.I. models require an insane amount of existing work to create anything that looks new and decent. Categorizing said data would take years.
