Week 1 of workouts hurt like its never hurt before. Week 2 not much better. I was wadding around like a grandma lol. I added back in all my workout after care this week and I'm feeling so much better. I use a vibration plate, red light lamp, and a creatine shot. Don't do one w/o the other.

I want to get an online shop going properly. I want to sale some hand made items, sourced items, and purchased items I want to stock. What sites are good for that kind of thing? Also what sites do/would you shop on for this type of thing? My goal is to eventually maybe have a store front as well.

There are also two deep forrest green dressers holding lots of pretty little things. One of the dressers has a long glass tank that is home to a ball python. There is a fish tank stand with two tanks on it. A larger tank on top with goldfish and a smaller tank on the lower shelf with a betta fish group inside. (Two female bettas and one male.) There is also a plushie collection placed around the space.
I got my space clean while listening to Two Girls One Ghost podcast. This is my crafting desk surrounded by some of my babies. I can't wait to start sewing again!
