But it's helpful to adapt some level of cold mind and apathy to some extent so you won't drive yourself crazy during the darkest times🫂

As ukrainian I just accepted that 20% of our land is now almost completely unsuitable for farming purpose due to russian shelling + many other ecological tragedies they brought to us. So basically my own eco anxiety cures anxiety of surviving👍
