My return to analog collage starts here.
My next solo exhibit is just a couple weeks away. Last year, I was awarded this opportunity when the portrait of my mother won Best in Show at Front Street Gallery’s juried exhibition curated by Samantha Nicole and juried by Michael Coppage. “Souvenirs” exhibits over 50 works of visual poetry.
Turns out I have way more paintings ready for my show than I thought. I forgot about several small pieces I made before we moved. Many must be curated out. Kind of exciting!
Digital Art made with images of 3 of my paintings and some of my notes on visual poetry.

I’m really not trying to reinvent the wheel or anything. I’m searching for the story that reveals itself in threads and fragments.
About to fix my attitude 🤦🏻♀️
I’m sick of all social media. I’m grateful for the people I’ve built a genuine connection with. But I can’t stand it any more.
Call me crazy, but my sanity is important to me. 🤪
Thank you 🙏 😁
