Thanks Taylor! Heat definitely helps my back and neck. Haven’t tried it on my hands much but I did just buy some stuff for my hands as my original brace isn’t working. I’ve got a ganglion cyst on my right hand, don’t know what’s up with my left hand yet 🫠
I love and miss you too Taylor! Just taking it day by day. My bones have been aching soooo badly lately, I’m looking into getting a spine MRI.

Oof what a year. I’m sorry I’ve been so MIA friends I’ve just been really sick this whole year. I am still not 100% of what it all is but I did learn that not only do I have Vocal Cord Dysfunction but I also have Borderline Ectopia Chiari 1 malformation (which is the cause of my depression)
I missed seeing SMAC day 1 live. I did get to watch it with my boyfriend though. Also thank you everyone so so much for all the love.My depression has been extremely terrible lately so I love and appreciate all of your love and kind words 🩷I’m so excited for Day 2, let’s go! 🩷🩷
