Finnish LULUCF has from a 30 MtCO2/yr sink to a 10MtCO2/yr source.

The drop in CO2 uptake on land (LULUCF) in Finland and Sweden isn't without political consequence.

Finland and Sweden now asking the EU for more flexibility. Norway has also made similar comments (but is not an EU member country).

Out now: our new study shows that climate change caused nearly 1,700 heat-related deaths in Zรผrich over 50 years.

We assessed the effects of changing vulnerability to heat, heat-mortality within and outside of heatwaves, and the contribution of individual companies' emissions to heat deaths.
