I love prose with pictures and also traditional comics. I have a book that switches from prose chapters, to comic chapters too, which I think is neat :)

I signed a contact to illustrate my first kids book this week. The author's idea is so fun and I'm already having such a blast noodling on it. It's been a really hard start to the year, I've been pitching a lot and I'm starting to feel the tide turning a little maybe? Exciting times ahead <3

The experience is similar to if you read a fanfic of a story before you read the original it’s based on and you have a great time with the fanfic, which summarises some essential stuff from the original and you don’t really feel the need to read the work it’s inspired by. (A good experience 2me)
I am very much enjoying this! I even downloaded an app to give me notifications when Lisa posts new chapters.

Very pleased to say that I was the script editor on Kulebra and the Souls of Limbo! I went over every line of written text in the game and had a lovely time doing it. I’m excited for folks to meet Kulebra in two weeks!
