Under the changes announced last week, a Coquitlam family believes their individualized direct funding will drop from $6,000 a year per child to half that amount.
Eleven-year-old Adam Williams learns a little differently. Diagnosed with autism but considered low needs, the Coquitlam boy’s family expects to see his individualized funding cut in half — along with his brother’s — under coming NDP government changes.

I disagree with the assessment he is. But to play along — short answer is a budget most investigative journalists/newsrooms could only dream of. Remove daily deadlines & pump a tonne of cash into big research team & results improve. Most people would be shocked at how thin newsrooms have become.
