Mario & Luigi: Dream Team contains various unused test rooms in its files. One of these is the "two dead Luigis" test room, which is identical to the Mushrise Park entrance from the finished game, except there are two Luigis lying on the ground. The Luigis are unresponsive.

idk if i had to close one studio i probably would've closed bluepoint too. realistically what future artistic output are we missing out on outside of speculative desires for remakes? demon's souls just kinda proved that they had very limited imaginations outside of adding #EpicGamerSecrets

those people could be doing much worse, and as far as studio closures go we've lost sources of much better and more original games. as for the game's 'looks' when your one thing is remakes of renowned classics i expect you to not replace designs with something generic and interchangable

obviously it's a hyperbolic move to reply to someone mourning the loss of a studio with a single botched design as evidence of them 'deserving it', but i was thinking in terms of the studio's artistic output. i don't think it's this huge loss for gaming. those individual devs will live if you ask me
