So, before you start planning for 2026, pause and ask yourself: What kind of year would fit my life?
I’d love to hear what that looks like for you.

So, before you start planning for 2026, pause and ask yourself: What kind of year would fit my life?
I’d love to hear what that looks like for you.
Stop chasing resolutions and start choosing a way of living you can sustain.
A lifestyle where:
💟 You don't have to constantly start over
💟 You are not feeling behind.
You deserve a year that supports you, not one that exhausts you.
As we head into 2026, I want every woman in tech feeling pressured to (get it right) in January to hear this:
💜 You don’t need a longer list.
💙 You don’t need bigger goals.
🧡 You don’t need to become someone else to be successful.
🧡 What kind of year fits your life?
Are you feeling the pressure to create resolutions or be (perfect) in January?
If you’re feeling emotionally tired right now, this is your reminder:
You don’t have to carry it all into the new year.
✨ You’re allowed to pause.
✨ You’re allowed to close chapters gently.
✨ You’re allowed to make space before you make plans.
What are you ready to release before 2026 begins?
I started asking different questions:
🧡What am I holding onto that I don’t need to carry forward?
💜 What deserves closure?
💙 What needs compassion instead of correction?
➡️Research shows that emotional load spikes during the holidays, and honestly… that tracks.
I’ve had years where I rushed straight into January already exhausted. Carrying stress, disappointment, and unfinished emotional business from the year before.
No fresh planner or shiny goal fixes that!
What actually helped was slowing down.
🧡 What emotional weight are you releasing before 2026?
The end of the year can feel heavier than we expect.
Between wrapping things up, showing up for everyone else, and trying to (finish strong), there’s often very little room left to breathe.
💡 Your AI Search Will Still Feel Dumb In 2026
If you’ve ever thought, (the answer is in the docs… so why can’t the AI find it)?
Let’s talk about why AI search breaks and how to fix it before 2026 turns (smart search) into an expensive disappointment.

What's one small boundary you're putting in place this week?
#TimeManagement #2026Planning #MindfulProductivity #WomenInTech
So here's your gentle reminder as we approach 2026:
✨ You don't need more hours. You need boundaries.
✨ You don't need to hustle harder. You need breathing room.
✨ You don't need a new planner. You need to reclaim your time.
Your growth matters, and it deserves space.
🧡 If you don't protect your growth time, something else will take it.
Women in tech carry so much… professionally, emotionally, mentally.
Protecting your growth isn't selfish; it's survival.
You don’t control the market in 2026.
You do control whether your AI is quoting reality or your 2022 release notes.
🔥 HOT PRO TIPS: Don’t Let Stale Docs Sabotage Your 2026 AI
1️⃣ Audit the Q1 hot zones.
2️⃣ Rewrite for how the product works today.
3️⃣ Add an expiry date to every critical article.
Is it time to create a cozy corner for the version of you walking into 2026?
#2026Planning #WorkLifeBalance #PersonalValues #IntentionalLiving
So, if you've been moving too fast to even notice what you need, I want to remind you:
💛 You're allowed to create a space that holds you.
💙 You're allowed to rest without guilt.
🧡 You're allowed to build a corner of your home that feels peaceful.
🌿 When your environment supports you, your emotions settle.
Research shows our environment shapes up to 40% of our feelings. Honestly, I feel that.
When my space feels calm, I feel relaxed.
When things around me are chaotic, it shows up in my energy, my focus, and even my confidence.
If you want Q1 2026 to be intentional and not chaotic, here’s where you start 👇🏾
The fix: I turn your tool chaos into a unified, AI-ready knowledge layer instead of another disconnected chatbot.
#HotProTips #Start2026Right #SaaS #ProductManagement #CustomerSuccess #AIReadyContent #AiinSaaS
Cost:
• AI agents answer from the wrong tool or a stale version
• Engineers, PMs and agents spend insane time hunting for (the latest source of truth)
• Ticket resolution slows, CSAT drops, and churn risk goes up
Right now, most teams are planning (big AI moves) for 2026… on top of a stack that looks like this:
• Product docs in GitBook
• SOPs in Confluence/Notion
• Macros in Zendesk/Intercom
• Real answers in Slack threads
• Edge cases in someone’s head
Feeling disconnected or stuck on autopilot doesn’t mean you’re failing; you’re overloaded.
That’s why today I’m challenging you to build a new year that feels like you.
When you reconnect with your values, things that felt hard start to feel doable again.
#2026Planning #PersonalValues
Are you feeling disconnected, unmotivated, or stuck on autopilot?
One week you’re in control… the next, you’re on autopilot: wake up → work → meetings → problem-solving → repeat.
It creeps up on you without you noticing.
💡 Fixing content before Q1 2026 so AI stops (hallucinating).
Start 2026 with AI support customers can trust, grounded in clean, aligned, up-to-date data.
This week's blog is about preparing your data for Q1 2026 to avoid 2025 mistakes.
veronicaphillip.com/2025/11/24/%...
The fix:
I clean, normalize and structure your knowledge so your AI has something worth learning from.
➡️ Remember: companies replacing humans with AI need humans who understand AI
#BlueOceanStrategy #systems #roadmaps #workflows #cleandocs
Most AI failures are data failures in disguise.
Recent industry surveys rank data quality and availability as the #1 barrier to AI adoption, with 60% of leaders citing poor data quality as their biggest blocker.
Gartner said: Poor data quality costs organizations an average of $12.9M/year.
Planning to (go big on AI) in 2026… with 2019 documentation?
That’s how Q1 turns into chaos instead of momentum.
If you want AI to actually help your Product and Customer
Success teams next year, you can’t wait for January.
You start now by fixing the content your AI will depend on.
#AI
Burnout does not mean you are weak.
Burnout means you’ve been strong for too long without support.
Some of you already have a ritual. You've just forgotten to use it.
I challenge you this week to protect your peace.
#MindfulnessAtWork #WomenInTech #PersonalValues #SelfCareJourney
As we move toward 2026, I want to remind every woman in tech juggling 100 invisible responsibilities:
⚡ You deserve a calm nervous system.
⚡ You deserve a grounded mind.
⚡ You deserve peace that doesn’t require permission.
🌱 You can’t build a productive 2026 from a chaotic mind.
Burnout is not always loud. Burnout is sometimes very subtle.
Showing up in the tight chest, the short fuse, the mornings where you wake up already tired before your feet hit the floor.
💡 The future belongs to those who know how to lead AI.
PMs and Support Leaders, this week's newsletter is for people who want to lead AI.
Read for quick microtasks you can run this week.
