When I think about the MAGA voters in Missouri, it seems to me it will be THEM, not us, who will be turned away from the polls. We don't have a lot of world travelers here, and most won't know they need their birth certificate in time to find it or order one.

I haven't seen this in years. We had a long row of it, about 5 ft. tall, at our family farm. Dad would make a paddle, I'd pitch it into the middle of the bush. Rinse. Repeat. When I was about 22, Dad read it was invasive and cut it down, finding all those "lost" paddles. He never used 1 of them.
