I unfortunately am brca+ which means I had genetic testing when I was 18 (due to all of the breast & ovarian cancer in my family). I've had a prophylactic hysterectomy to prevent ovarian cancer and will eventually have a prophylactic masectomy but there is evidence that extra hormones could increase
