Agreed. But you have to think how businesses do which is basically does the cost of compliance beat the cost of the lawsuit? For Tylenol switching costs ( ie Advil) were low so the answer was, go big on compliance. For tech? They know most won’t stop using, and it’s holding up the whole market.

Since a few people have asked, knowing I am from LA. My family is all safe and my immediate family is unaffected.
Unfortunately an aunt and uncle of mine’s house burned down in the recent fires. Thankfully they have another house they can go and the ability to rebuild but it is still devastating.
