There is but Infinite only has community mod tools and every piece of new content from Season 2 onward is really challenging to mod since file names are just hashes. Some great stuff still out there, though.
All thanks to the hard work of the Halo Archive community tbh. I'm mostly just setting up these assets in game on the shoulders of everything they've done. Just really happy they've made it so easy for someone like me to get them in-game.
