At roughly the 14:00 minute mark the gentleman being questioned makes a valid point about the difference in character of both presidents. Obama had spent 3 years building relationships with the world. I don’t know why he didn’t get approval, but he had earned a little trust. Trump… not in the least.

So… by bombing Iran the president has given the Saudis and American oil companies a reason to charge more for their products than just price gouging. They’ve effectively doubled their profit margins while we’ve wasted a trillion dollars in munitions.

That doesn’t include the cost of innocent lives

I frequent a small local station. The owner lives in his community and knows that the increases take food off the table. There is still good in the world.

They’ve sanitized our broadcasts. We showed Vietnam. We showed Ruby Bridges. We showed Selma. The rich have bought the media. They changed the rules a decade ago about owning them all. We need to change them back.

I agree. We never experienced a more corrupt government from top to bottom. There are back door deals across every action. Foreign govts are pouring money into their pockets. I don’t know if our reputation will ever recover.

I’m afraid you’re right. I read a report that the shackled bodies of people shipped out by ICE washed ashore. It never gained traction though, they buried it. I want to know what Lindsey Graham did to roll over like he did. Let’s hope we get the chance to give them all justice.

Supply and demand drove the price down. This was the early eighties and GM was swapping engines out. Big oil decided to jack the price up. It has a quite a few advantages.
