People will have varying cases that require other methods and goals.

I can’t always have an accomplishment, but if I have 5 minutes to do anything, I will be responsible for myself and those who need me.

And sometimes that means telling myself I can make a fucking sandwich in 5 minutes.

Now you’re set and ready to throw hands. You want to get fucking active? Go on a 15-30 minute walk; act like you have places to be and a job to get to; let your brain know we’re here to get active. We weren’t made to be in the house all day.

Sleep early, wake up early—with a bottle of brewed tea and a sustaining meal. Warm up with small tasks and commit to a specific timeframe. If something constantly obstructs your attention or expends unnecessary energy, adjust as needed; your space should work with you, not against you.
