Absolutely terrible for the country.

The midterms will be a bloodbath.
Hungary banned anything that “promotes homosexuality,” which means Pride.

Remember people: If Trump hadn’t pulled out of the original Iran nuclear deal which he was desperately trying to renegotiate in recent weeks, the world wouldn’t be on the brink of war.
And he did it out of spite - to erase Obama era accomplishments - not to keep the US or Israel safer.

This is not based on any belief that Dems as a national party will be unified or delivering a cohesive national message.
It’s based on the fact that Dem candidate recruitment is strong and the Republicans are royally f**cking up.
My current predictions for midterms:
Chances Dems take back the house: 85%
Chances Dems take back the Senate: 55%

There is a long (and occasionally scandalous) history of gift exchange between leaders.
But nothing - I repeat NOTHING - in US history comes close to the absurdity of this.
