Of the Disk, enjoying the chaos of their short lives, with the K'yeti city states being the only culture discovered so far to have settled Terasiti majority cities, located on the sunward reaches of the Sur'eshi continent. With three major cities to their culture, each a bustling trade port.
The Terasiti are an oviparous, non-senescent, and fully amphibious people, and can be found nearly anyone on the alpha side of the Disk of Mehen. They tend to form matriarchal societies with close knit large families. Most cultures of Terasiti prefer to live amongst the "Quick-peoples"...

I think it would be only natural for a character like that to start the campaign with such bigotries, hell their character arc could be about the struggle between the horrid wrongs they suffered and the bad beliefs they developed
Why is it harmful to have a character who for example is racist towards Dragonborn because their entire lineage was enslaved by a particular culture of Dragonborn for generations?
Really makes me question how you could have gotten to Wind and Truth without thinking any of the previous books were just as "woke" lol
Protean is such a fun ability, especially if you somehow get to level 8 and can become a literal Dragon
According to the V20 rulebook: "if the character is a Clanless Caitiff, she may purchase whatever Disciplines she wants, subject to storyteller approval." PG 85, V20 core rulebook.
So it's completely up to the ST on whether a certain combo is acceptable.
